EWKF Halogen-Free Tear-Resistant Flexible Silicone Rubber Cable
EWKF is a halogen-free, flexible silicone rubber cable engineered for exceptional tear, cut and mechanical stress resistance, with a high ignition point for demanding industrial environments. Widely used across metallurgy, steel, coking plants, foundries, cement engineering, glass manufacturing, shipyards, airports, air conditioning systems and lighting installations, it resists high-molecular oils, animal and vegetable fats, ethanol, plasticizers, PCBs, weak acids, alkaline and salt solutions, oxidants, ozone and harsh weather exposure. Built on a tinned copper conductor per VDE 0295 / IEC 60228 Class 5 with special silicone rubber core insulation and a black (RAL 9005) silicone rubber sheath, EWKF operates reliably from -50°C to +180°C, with a short-circuit rating up to 220°C. CE and UL dual certified, halogen-free and low-smoke, EWKF is available with OEM/ODM support and standard lead times as fast as 7 days.
