Mobile EV Charging Robot (EVDC-60KW-115KWH-1)
The Mobile EV Charging Robot is a self-propelled 60kW DC charging unit with a 115kWh onboard LiFePO4 battery, built to bring fast charging directly to the vehicle instead of the vehicle to fixed infrastructure. With remote-driving and unmanned operation modes, a drive-by-wire chassis, and multi-sensor perception, it solves range anxiety and parking-constrained charging across a variety of terrains and site layouts.

Key Features
The Mobile EV Charging Robot combines battery safety, autonomous mobility, and grid-friendly scheduling to deliver charging wherever a vehicle is parked.
LiFePO4 Battery Chemistry
A lithium iron phosphate cathode delivers strong safety characteristics and long cycle life for daily deployment.
BMS with Equalization & Multi-Layer Protection
A battery management system with cell equalization guards against over-discharge, over-charge, over-current, and temperature extremes.
Remote Driving & Unmanned Operation
Operate the robot via remote driving or fully unmanned mode, reducing the need for on-site personnel.
Multi-Sensor Perception Suite
Three lidar units and eight ultrasonic radar sensors give the unmanned version reliable awareness of its surroundings.
Self-Adaptive Discharge Power
Discharge power adapts automatically within a 60kW ceiling to match each vehicle's charging requirements.
Flexible Deployment, Grid-Friendly Scheduling
Easy to reposition and schedule across a site, the robot integrates high- and low-voltage energy sources without straining the grid.
