Zero Buoyancy Floating Cable (ANLFPF 101)
Engineered for subsea operations at depths from hundreds to thousands of meters, the ANLFPF 101 zero buoyancy floating cable transmits power and control signals reliably alongside underwater hardware and instrumentation. Its Kevlar-reinforced core and foamed polyurethane jacket deliver long-term durability against seawater corrosion, mechanical stress, and repeated flexing.

Key Features
Built for Demanding Subsea Deployment
The ANLFPF 101 combines a zero buoyancy design with a reinforced, water-blocked construction, making it suitable for long-distance underwater deployment where reliability and mechanical resilience are critical.
Zero Buoyancy Design
Engineered for neutral buoyancy so the cable holds its position in the water column during deep-sea deployment.
Water-Blocked Construction
Optional radial or longitudinal water-blocking gel filling keeps water ingress from spreading along the cable core.
High Tensile Strength
Central Kevlar aramid fiber reinforcement withstands the heavy mechanical loads of deployment and retrieval.
Wide Operating Range
Remains flexible and reliable from -40°C to +100°C, retaining flexibility even in cold, deep water.
Abrasion & Corrosion Resistant
Foamed polyurethane elastomer jacket resists seawater corrosion, abrasion, and repeated flexing.
Custom Depth & Load Rating
Tensile strength and submersion depth can be engineered to match each project's operating requirements.
OEM & ODM Capabilities

Construction & Configuration
Construction details including conductor, twisted pairs, insulation, separator, jacket and model-specific dimensions.
Anti-Twist / Grouped Structure
Cores are stranded in an anti-twist layout or grouped with gap filling to keep the cable stable during dynamic underwater deployment.
Water-Blocking Gel Fill
Water-blocking gel can be applied radially or longitudinally depending on the water-tightness requirements of the project.
Kevlar Reinforced Core
A central Kevlar aramid fiber member, together with interstitial filling, forms the reinforced core of the cable.
Braided Reinforcement Layer
A woven braid wraps the cable body, adding further mechanical reinforcement for floating and subsea use.
Optional Ground Core (G/X)
A yellow/green dual-color grounding core can be included (G) or omitted (X) depending on system requirements.
Foamed TPU Outer Jacket
A foamed thermoplastic polyurethane jacket provides buoyancy control, flexibility, and resistance to seawater and abrasion.
