Zero Buoyancy Floating Cable (ANLFPF 101)

Engineered for subsea operations at depths from hundreds to thousands of meters, the ANLFPF 101 zero buoyancy floating cable transmits power and control signals reliably alongside underwater hardware and instrumentation. Its Kevlar-reinforced core and foamed polyurethane jacket deliver long-term durability against seawater corrosion, mechanical stress, and repeated flexing.

Key Features

Built for Demanding Subsea Deployment

The ANLFPF 101 combines a zero buoyancy design with a reinforced, water-blocked construction, making it suitable for long-distance underwater deployment where reliability and mechanical resilience are critical.

ZB

Zero Buoyancy Design

Engineered for neutral buoyancy so the cable holds its position in the water column during deep-sea deployment.

WB

Water-Blocked Construction

Optional radial or longitudinal water-blocking gel filling keeps water ingress from spreading along the cable core.

KV

High Tensile Strength

Central Kevlar aramid fiber reinforcement withstands the heavy mechanical loads of deployment and retrieval.

TR

Wide Operating Range

Remains flexible and reliable from -40°C to +100°C, retaining flexibility even in cold, deep water.

AR

Abrasion & Corrosion Resistant

Foamed polyurethane elastomer jacket resists seawater corrosion, abrasion, and repeated flexing.

CD

Custom Depth & Load Rating

Tensile strength and submersion depth can be engineered to match each project's operating requirements.

OEM & ODM Capabilities

Custom-Engineered Floating Cable Solutions

Every ANLFPF 101 cable can be tailored to project-specific voltage, water-blocking, depth, and grounding requirements, supporting both small-batch prototypes and volume orders for subsea projects.

VC

Custom Voltage & Conductor Configuration

Conductor cross-section and voltage rating adjusted to match project power and signal requirements.

WD

Water-Blocking Direction Option

Radial or longitudinal water-blocking gel filling available depending on deployment environment.

DR

Custom Depth & Tensile Rating

Tensile strength and submersion depth engineered to the actual operating depth of the project.

GN

Ground Wire Configuration

Available with (G) or without (X) a yellow/green dual-color ground protection core.

TM

Custom Operating Temperature

Operating temperature range can be adjusted beyond the standard -40°C to +100°C as required.

PE

Project-Specific Engineering Support

Small-batch prototyping and volume production supported for subsea and floating cable projects.
