Construction & Configuration
Rubber-Insulated Pre-Terminated Cable Structure
The YELLOWFLEX connecting cable pairs an extra-fine stranded copper conductor and EI4 rubber insulation with a special EM2 outer sheath and factory-fitted terminations.
Bare Copper Conductor (Extra-Fine Strand)
Extra-fine stranded bare copper conductor per DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360, and IEC 60228 Class 5 provides high flexibility.
Rubber EI4 Core Insulation
Rubber core insulation per DIN VDE 0207-363-1 / DIN EN 50363-1 provides reliable dielectric performance.
Core Color Identification
Cores of 5 or fewer use distinct color coding; 6 or more cores use black with continuous white numbering.
Layer-Stranded Cores
Cores are layer-stranded at optimum lay length for consistent flexibility along the cable length.
Special EM2 Outer Sheath
A special EM2 rubber compound sheath, standard black (RAL 9005), delivers tear, weather, oil, and grease resistance.
Pre-Terminated Connector Ends
Factory-fitted with a plug connector on one end and a stripped, ferrule-terminated end on the other.
