Construction & Configuration

Conductor — Bare Stranded Copper
Fine-strand bare copper conductor provides flexibility for repeated bending and portable use.
Primary Insulation — Color-Coded PVC
Each core is insulated with PVC compound colored according to harmonized Live/Neutral/Earth coding.
Core Assembly
Insulated cores are twisted together (2-core or 3-core) to form a stable, round or flat cable body.
Inner Bedding
A thin PVC bedding layer fills the gaps between cores, keeping the cable round and supporting the outer jacket.
Outer Jacket — PVC
A light or ordinary-duty PVC jacket protects the cable from abrasion and general indoor handling.
Surface Marking
Standard, rated voltage and manufacturer marking are printed on the jacket surface for traceability.
