BV/RV

Single-Core Construction

Bare copper conductor with a single layer of PVC insulation and no outer jacket, built for internal wiring inside panels, conduit and equipment.

SOLID

Solid or Stranded Conductor

BV solid conductor for fixed installation, or RV stranded conductor where extra flexibility is needed during routing.

70/90

70℃ / 90℃ Heat-Resistant Grades

Standard 70℃ PVC insulation, or upgraded 90℃ heat-resistant PVC for higher ambient or enclosed wiring temperatures.

750V

450/750V Rated Voltage

Rated for general-purpose building and equipment wiring up to 450/750V, in line with GB 5023.

Harmonized Insulation Color Coding

Conductor — Bare Copper

Solid (BV) or fine-strand (RV) bare copper conductor sized to the specified cross-section.

Single Insulation Layer — PVC

A single extruded PVC layer is the only covering on the conductor — there is no separate outer jacket.

Insulation Color Coding

Insulation color (brown / blue / green-yellow) identifies Live, Neutral or Earth per harmonized standard.

Conductor Temperature Grade

PVC compound formulated for continuous 70℃ service, or upgraded to a 90℃ heat-resistant grade for internal wiring.

No Outer Jacket

Intended for use inside conduit, trunking or equipment enclosures that provide the mechanical and environmental protection.

Surface Marking

Standard, rated voltage and manufacturer marking are printed along the insulation surface for traceability.
