Conductor — Bare Stranded Copper

Fine-strand bare copper conductor in each core provides flexibility for repeated bending.

Primary Insulation — PVC

Each conductor is individually insulated with a PVC compound layer.

Core Bonding

The two insulated cores are bonded side-by-side along a thin web to form the flat, oblate cord profile.

No Outer Jacket

The bonded insulation is the only covering — there is no separate outer sheath, keeping the cord slim.
