SBW-N Three-Phase High-Power Compensated Voltage Stabilizer
Large industrial loads don’t respond well to small, incremental voltage correction. Above roughly 50KVA, a more reliable approach is a compensation-type stabilizer: a dedicated compensation transformer and regulating transformer, driven by a geared reduction motor, working alongside a control circuit that samples, compares, and amplifies voltage error before repositioning the regulating transformer’s carbon brush. That is the mechanism behind the SBW-N series, scaled from 50KVA single-cabinet units up to a 1400KVA three-cabinet configuration for facility- and grid-level loads. A solid copper regulation column, an upgraded drive motor, and phase-sequence protection are built in specifically for the failure modes that show up at this power range — not just voltage drift, but phase loss, mechanical wear, and incoming supply faults.

Key Features
Built for the failure modes that matter at high power — not just voltage drift, but phase faults, mechanical wear, and downstream overload.
Real-Time Voltage & Current Monitoring
The front-panel LCD displays input voltage, output voltage, and current simultaneously, giving operators a clear read on load conditions without external metering.
Low-Resistance Copper Regulation Column
The internal regulation column uses solid copper for lower resistivity, better heat dissipation, and higher mechanical strength — important at currents that reach up to 2127A on the largest models.
Upgraded Drive Motor
A higher-output geared motor moves the regulating transformer's brush position faster and more quietly, improving correction speed without added noise.
Corrosion- & Heat-Resistant Carbon Brush
The 1017-grade brush resists oxidation, high temperature, and abrasive wear, extending maintenance intervals under continuous industrial duty.
Phase-Loss & Phase-Sequence Protection
Detects a missing phase or incorrect phase-sequence wiring on the incoming supply and holds the unit in a safe no-output state rather than energizing incorrectly.
Mechanical Fault Protection
If the mechanical regulating mechanism itself fails or loses accuracy, the protection circuit cuts output rather than letting an unregulated voltage pass through.
OEM & ODM Capabilities

Construction & Configuration
Inside the SBW-N stabilizer: why a two-transformer compensation design, not a single autotransformer coil, is what handles this power range.
Compensation Transformer
Works alongside the regulating transformer to add or subtract a compensating voltage component, extending the correction range beyond what a single autotransformer coil can handle.
Regulating Transformer & Carbon Brush
A geared motor repositions the regulating transformer's carbon brush, adjusting the coil turns ratio that the compensation transformer's output is added to.
Geared Reduction Drive Motor
Delivers the higher torque needed to move brush position across the larger-frame regulating transformers used in high-power units.
Automatic Control Circuit
Samples, compares, and amplifies input voltage and load deviations, then drives the reduction motor to correct output in real time.
Copper Regulation Column & Carbon Brush Assembly
Solid copper column paired with a 1017-grade carbon brush for low-resistance, wear-resistant contact under continuous high-current duty.
LCD Monitoring Panel & Multi-Cabinet Enclosure
Front-panel LCD display for real-time monitoring, with larger-capacity models housed across multiple linked steel cabinets.
Standards & Test Documentation
Performance, safety, and documentation support behind every SBW-N stabilizer.
Voltage Regulation Performance
Maintains ±3% output precision with ≤1.5-second response for external voltage swings greater than 10%, backed by phase-loss, phase-sequence, and mechanical-fault protection specific to high-power operation.
Dielectric Withstand & Protection
Rated to withstand a 2000V power-frequency sine wave for 1 minute without puncture or flashover — a higher test voltage than KEXINGYU's standard-power AC Voltage Stabilizers line; IP20 enclosure protection for indoor installation.
OEM/ODM Technical Support
Full technical datasheets, dimensional drawings, and test reports available on request to support OEM/ODM integration and procurement evaluation.
