TNSJA Oil-Immersed Induction Voltage Regulator

Everything else in this line corrects voltage back to a fixed target — 220V or 380V, held steady. The TNSJA does something different: it’s an induction-type regulator that lets you dial output smoothly from 0V up to 430V (or 620V/1200V on higher-range builds) while the load stays connected, with no electrical contact to wear out. The coil and core sit submerged in transformer oil, vacuum-dried and vacuum-filled to keep internal moisture to a minimum, while a corrugated-fin oil tank handles thermal expansion without needing a separate oil conservator — shrinking the unit’s overall height. A non-suspended-core construction with self-locking, anti-loosening hardware on the high- and low-voltage leads is built specifically to survive transport vibration on large 30-700KVA units. This is the platform for applications that need continuously adjustable voltage under load — electric furnace control, wire and cable processing, electroplating lines, and voltage testing — not simple point-of-use stabilization.

Low-voltage windings use copper foil (or copper wire on small-capacity units) in a cylindrical structure; high-voltage windings use a multi-layer cylindrical structure for balanced ampere-turns distribution, low leakage flux, and high short-circuit resistance.
